A core goal of the Sanitation Foundation is to create the first-ever Museum of Sanitation, to celebrate DSNY’s essential services for New York City, educate the public about waste and recycling, and promote environmental stewardship.

We are seeking sponsors for our strategic planning work, a critical first step in making this dream a reality. Seed funding will enable us to clarify our mission, conduct feasibility studies, and envision the key themes and narratives that will shape the visitor experience.
