Mi Keong Lim is the Director of the Living Environment Division of the Climate and Environment Headquarters within the Seoul Metropolitan Government. She works on the establishment and operation of the Environmental Impact assessment system of Seoul, the pilot project of the GHG Emission Trading System of Seoul, Low Emission Zones for Old Diesel Cars, the Ecological Environment Planning System, and maintenance of the Biotope maps of Seoul.
